Denny Harvard is Six Peak’s 93-unit development in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, one block from the Capitol Hill Light Rail Station. Completed and sold in late 2022, this project includes 600 square foot retail space, occupied by a local coffee shop. This project has achieved a Built Green 4-Star certification.
